My Mission
Through my 20 years of experience, I've learned a lot about people, bodies, and getting results. It's my mission as a bodyworker to create an experience for my clients that allows them to fully relax, raise their vibration, and heal.
Ultimately, my driving force is a deep-rooted need to help and empower others. Whether it's guidance to define their vision and set intentions, or by helping them harness their inner healer, I feel called to do this work.
A healer does not heal you. A healer is someone who holds space for you while you awaken your inner healer, so that you may heal yourself.

Personal Bio
I am a creative professional in Austin, TX (born and raised!). I have a BA in visual art along with a professional license in massage therapy. I have worked in clinical settings, spas, and rehab centers. I've developed spa protocols and treatment plans. I even built my own spa from the ground up and managed a professional team for 5 years. Now, I combine my love of art and helping others into a creative form of bodywork.
I know without a doubt when you combine self-healing energy with vision, intention, and action, you'll see remarkable changes in your life. I love helping others feel their best!
