What is Mindful Bodywork?

Mindful Bodywork is therapeutic massage, blended with elements of energy healing, such as guided meditation, breathwork, and acupressure. Each session is customized to your individual needs.

What to Expect

During your session you are guided into deep relaxation with breathing exercises, aromatherapy, stretches, and a 60 or 90 minute therapeutic massage. Thanks to the analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties of CBD (which may or may not be used), you may leave your massage feeling more relaxed than usual.
