1. Booking and Payment:
1.1 To secure your spot at the retreat, full payment is required.
1.2 Payment can be made online through website.
 

2. Cancellation and Refunds:
2.1 Cancellations made before December 20th are eligible for a full refund.
2.2 After December 20th, refunds will not be possible.
2.3 In the event of your cancellation after December 20th, the registration can be transferred to another participant. Please notify us at least 5 days in advance for a smooth transfer.
 

3. Waiver of Liability:
3.1 All participants voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with the retreat.
3.2 The organizers, instructors, and venue are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the retreat.
 

4. Photo Release:
4.1 By participating in the retreat, attendees grant Higher Healing Ventures, LLC the right to take photographs and videos for promotional and marketing purposes.
4.2 If attendees do not wish to be photographed or filmed, they must notify the organizers in writing before the retreat.
 

5. Changes to the Retreat:
5.1 Higher Healing Ventures, LLC, reserves the right to make changes to the retreat itinerary, schedule, or instructors if necessary.
5.2 In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the organizers may cancel the retreat and provide a full refund for the retreat.

5.3 Higher healing Ventures, LLC, is not responsible for lost travel fees. PLEASE purchase travel insurance.
 

6. Code of Conduct:

6.1 Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and in accordance with the retreat guidelines. (THIS INCLUDES NO SMOKING)

6.2 Higher Healing Ventures, LLC, reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the harmony of the retreat without providing a refund.

7. Governing Law:

7.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Texas.
